To download your PQS, go to My Navy Portal (MNP) under “Professional Resources.” That is what qualified personnel will sign to help you become qualified! You will need your Common Access Card (CAC) card to gain access. If you have any questions about your PQS, talk to your supervisor.

To log in to NeL on surface ships with a NIAPS server installed, go to NKO at Sea. On the Learning tab, click Navy e-Learning and then go to Online courses. To find assistance or help contact your command Training Officer (TRAINO). * NKO was retired on April 14th 2017.
How do I access Fltmps?
Go to https://ntmpsweb. nwptf.nuwc.navy.mil/oars_ net/. Using CAC, log in to FLTMPS Online Access Request System. Scroll to “Reason to Access FLTMPS” and provide justification.

Sailors can now access MyNavy Portal (MNP) from their personal mobile devices using their mobile web browser without a CAC. “We know that MyNavy Portal is the primary gateway for our Sailors to accomplish much of their HR needs,” said Vice Adm.
With the My Navy Portal in its place, Navy Knowledge Online (NKO) was disestablished April 14. All NKO users will be redirected to use My Navy Portal. My Navy Portal provides Sailors a more user-friendly interface, is easier to navigate and contains the majority of the training content found on NKO.
