Posts: 426. Location: Davenport, Iowa. I picked up a sweet old Magnavox stereo at Goodwill today. I am guessing it is early 1980s or late 1970s vintage but I could not find a year on it. The unit number is BG6440PE02 and the serial number is 14623228. The stereo will turn on and the AM/FM radio works perfectly. The turntable however will not spin.
