Wars are never positive things, the massive loss of life and the constant violence is not something one looks out for in their life. There are however certain positive changes that come out of war. World War 1 also has it positives and negatives which we shall now take a close look at.

Negative impact of World War 1: Loss of life: World War One is the second most brutal war fought in modern history. By the end, over 9 million soldiers and 11 million civilians were dead. Countries lost enormous chunks of their population to famine and combat.

When it comes to the topic of war, whether it is the second world war or any war for that matter, it can be hard to think of the same as having a positive effect. But truth be told, there were some positive outcomes to the Second World War which started when Germany invaded Poland on September 1 st, 1939.
